Discovery
We start with conversations — not about deliverables, but about the subject matter itself. We need to understand the complexity before we can simplify it. This means interviews, existing material review, and a frank discussion about what success actually looks like for your audience and your organisation.

Narrative structure
Before a camera is picked up, we define what the story needs to do. Who needs to feel what, in order to do what. This narrative brief guides every decision that follows — creative, logistical and editorial. It's where most productions go wrong, and where ours are won.

Capture
The production approach follows the brief, not the other way around. We work participant-led via Collaborate, or senior-led via Studio — and sometimes a blend of both. Either way, we shoot against a structure, not hoping for coverage.

Edit & delivery
We edit for clarity and adoption. Every cut is made with the audience in mind — not just the client. Films designed to be watched, shared and remembered. Final assets delivered ready to use, with guidance on how to deploy them well.
