Collaborate — Our work
Work created using the Collaborate model.
Each project answers three questions: what problem existed, how the Collaborate model was applied, and what changed as a result.
Higher Education · Recruitment
Student Life — ongoing content programme
LJMU
The problem
LJMU needed an ongoing stream of authentic student-led content to support recruitment — without the cost or logistics of repeated full production crews on campus.
How Collaborate was applied
A Collaborate programme was established with a cohort of student contributors. Narrative-led sessions defined the themes. Students filmed their own experiences against clear briefs. We edited and delivered a rolling series of platform-ready films.
What changed
Recruitment campaigns saw doubled applicant response. Content carried the authenticity of real student experience — impossible to replicate with an external crew.
International · Programme Documentation
India Programme — international participant storytelling
Storiverse
The problem
A programme spanning multiple international locations needed to be documented and communicated — but logistics made traditional production impossible.
How Collaborate was applied
Collaborate enabled participants on the ground to capture their own experience against a structured narrative brief. Footage was submitted remotely, edited into cohesive films that told the story across locations.
What changed
Rich, authentic documentary content from inside an international programme — at a fraction of the logistical overhead of a traditional production.
Corporate · Internal Comms
Safety & Culture — internal communications film
Confidential
The problem
An organisation needed safety and culture messaging to land differently — previous attempts had felt produced and remote. They needed the voices to come from inside.
How Collaborate was applied
Staff across multiple sites were briefed and guided to capture their own reflections. We structured the narrative, edited across the submissions, and delivered a film that felt like it came from the organisation — because it did.
What changed
Measurably increased reporting behaviour and engagement with safety culture messaging, compared to previous approaches.
